Black 11 at F18 is too thin. ( Joseki is to interpose D16, wD15, then F18 )
When he fails to protect D17, you can get an advantage by going there yourself on move 12.
The followup is bloody - and you have to be careful because he has the ladder breaker in the lower right - but you should show a profit here.

White 20 at D2 is slow and gote; big, perhaps, but too slow for this stage of the game. You have a wall. Use it. Something like D10 or C11 is better.

Move 38 should be at M4, not M3. It leaves you one weak spot at M3, which you will have to protect immediately in response to his M5. But it leaves him with TWO weak spots: L5 and N5.

The above paragraph describes a standard defense to a standard attack. But in this case, you might be able to play 38 at K4. It gets bloody too, but the premature D2 can be used to good effect, pincering black on the lower side.

Black's move 95 is an overplay. He has lots of weaknesses on the lower side, and he cannot afford to start a fight. You should answer at 96 with K4.

Move 100 should be at S4. It steals the corner and prepares a monkey jump at T5 or T7 ( depending on whether the monkey is left- or right handed )

In summary, I see the same pattern being repeated:
1) He overplays, leaving a weak spot.
2) You ignore the weak spot.
3) Eventually he comes back and fixes it when it is cheaper to do so.

I followed and appreciated all of the feedback except this suggestion: I dont see how one stone cut off from all White can surive in a sea of Black. But I'm sure over time I will develop the ability to handle the situation.

:w20: should be C11, deny a base to black.

:w30: should be P17 or O18, to prevent being enclosed on both sides. :b33: should be P17, then.

:b35: again should probably deny a base to white, with R10.

:w80: should be at E10. Black has three cuts, and the atari on the left side doesn't help much.

:b89: should be K14; the three white stones are extremely weak.

:w108: is small at this point, though you have to see that you can answer b H16 with w J16.

:w110: is again very small compared to other available moves.
A good system naturally covers all corner cases without further effort.

As I noted in my previous post:

If you glance at the board, these weaknesses - some marked below with circles - should be obvious to you.

Or maybe he concedes one purely defensive move and then tries to stop white:

There are lots of horrible things that you can do to black.

You play more solidly than you realize, and you build strong positions. Once you learn to recognize your opponent's failure to play equally solidly, you can crush him.
