There has indeed been a sudden change. Hopefully I'll see quantumf on KGS today and we can reschedule.jts wrote:Barring sudden changes, quantumf and I will play 9:30 pm CET/2:30pm CDT on Saturday.

That would be a pretty impressive way to miss a tournament game. =)Helel wrote:Surprises like this?daniel_the_smith wrote:Barring surprises![]()

I for one was quite hesitant to open up that hide tag.
We don't know who we are; we don't know where we are.
Each of us woke up one moment and here we were in the darkness.
We're nameless things with no memory; no knowledge of what went before,
No understanding of what is now, no knowledge of what will be.

Re: L19 2011 tournament: PAIRINGS and RESULTS
There were many mistakes on both sides and I guess mine were a little smaller.
EDIT: I forgot to say in the post game commentary, that I played handicap go on the left side. That is, I ordered my moves in the hopes of suggesting a particular misake, and got it. I'm not proud of this... Also, earlier-- I think black had much more deadly followups to that ko threat.

Re: L19 2011 tournament: PAIRINGS and RESULTS
I'm trying to assemble the 3rd round in the lower bracket. But I'm missing one game.
@gurujeet and psychee: have you played? Or has one of you withdrawn?

Re: L19 2011 tournament: PAIRINGS and RESULTS
Just to double check, the players who have journeyed to the lower bracket are:
3k Chew (Chew Terr)
5k Danielm (danielm)
5k Aphelion02 (Aphelion)
5k TimoJ (tj86430)
5k Tofu (Tofu)
6k tictac (perceval)
6k Phelan (Phelan)
7k Hushfield (Hushfield)
8k Schultz (Schultz)
8k Jordus (Jordus)
8k ChradH (ChradH)
8k Sevis (Sevis)
12k Sujisan (Suji)
I've got a cold and my brain is really fuzzy, so I'm trying to forestall mistakes. Can someone please tell me if this list is correct? Thanks.

Re: L19 2011 tournament: PAIRINGS and RESULTS
I've been having a bit of difficulty with my hosting server, where I'm getting some I/O connection time out error every time I try to connect to my FTP. So until I get that resolved, this will be a temporary solution for those itching for updates: http://students.washington.edu/schoe101/L19.html

I won by 12.5. As always, comments are appreciated. I think if
had been at
I would have been in a lot of trouble.

@Greendemon: Did you consider 61 at R8?
