Yup, works beautiful, they are damn beautiful stones and pictures. I tried photographing mine, but the result didn't look as crisp or well executed, thanks for them!
If I was a little more OCD-ish I'd probably add a minor angle-correction so that stones shifted slightly around depending on position on the board, to mimic a fixed light source in a specific position... But oh well, this is miles ahead of what I had before, and miles ahead of what else we have available to generate diagrams. Thanks a lot!

Hi RBerenguel, yea, I know about the distortions.

Very low-tech point-and-shoot camera from around 2006, I think.

But glad you like it. Kuroki size 38 standard grade.

They look beautiful. When I tried photographing my shell and slates they didn't appear crisp enough (specially the lines were too faint for my tastes.) And the picture (as in image quality) are pretty good, specially if you say the camera is a cheap one!

Hi RB, thanks. The camera was a gift; it might have been "high-endish" for its class at the time (~2007),
but it's definitely a baby cam, point-and-shoot.

Hi,
I like easyGo a lot, really nice for praticing problems !
I think a great addition would be to have a "joseki mode" where we can upload an sgf containing the joseki we want to practice, and easyGo would present them as problem, but randomly for both colors, so that we can work out both black and white sequence
PS : for now, I'm doing two sgf file, one for black and one for white.

It's a good idea. There are maybe two ways to meet your requirements:
1). In game edit/replay mode, add an option to start practicing from the current move. If the current move is black, then you will play white, vice versa. I think this is also helpful when replay professional games.
2). Or, during problem mode, there is an option to swap sides, that is, if it’s your turn to play black, the system will play black, and waits for your next move as white.
Maybe support both of them, 1) is more flexible (because you can select where to start, while in problem mode you always start from the begining), 2) is easy to use directly in problem mode.
However, for either of the above solutions, there is an issue. By default, only the main line is marked correct, all the variations needs to enter “Right” in the comment of the last move to mark it as correct variation. For this joseki use case, need a better way to mark correct/incorrect, even in batch(such as mark all the variations as correct).

and 1) looks nice too !!!
mark all the variations as correct would be nice too, even an option or a button to mark the current variation as correct would be usefull instead of typing "right" so that I can hide the comment part when editing from my small iphone !

Let's make it really stupid: add a button on editing (where blag/white, marks etc are) with a tick icon which adds the text "right" to the end of current variation (if it is not there)!

Hi xiangz,
Another thing that I would find usefull is the ability to add a tag to games in batch mode.
To give you an example, I own a few books that give examples of invasion/separation of common formation.
I usually make a folder for each book and sometimes a subfolder for chapter.
That would be usefull to select all the files in the folder in batch mode, and then tag them all as "invasion"

thx, I can perfectly manage to use it without that feature...
As we are with details, there as two thoer small things I noticed :
when editing a problem, there is a kind of "very small" delay when placing existing stones... I suppose that's to allow the double tap to zoom... but the delay is still there when I disable the "double tap to zoom"
even with that very small delai, that's still very usable, I 'm just curious about it...
Some else now, when we are in problem mode, easyGo display only a part of the goban (and that's a really good things...) but in some situation, I would prefer that I shows the border, so when the border is really close to the clipped region, I will prefer to see the border.
here is an example :

for now I use a trick by placing a square in the corner so that the region include the corner...
