:-D somehow … this seems perfect for me—patience is the hardest thing to learn :-) and I imagine if you, Inkwolf, start working on it again only if and when you feel that urge AND have the time, it will be perfect timing again :-)

Aji needn’t learn faster than me :•)

I just discovered Aji's Quest today - I've enjoyed it immensely. I was looking forward to lunch so that I could finish it.

Are you still hoping to finish it? It's so good that it'd be wonderful to make a print version if so.

Best, Nate

I hate to post here and make everyone hope there's an update...yes, it will definitely get finished unless I drop dead before it happens. Meanwhile, I seem to have a lot of projects and procrastinatory impulses to slog through first...on top of that, my hands seem to have forgotten how to draw everything in the comic.

But, for those who have been patiently and faithfully waiting, I can at least give you a tiny, tiny update....

Again, so sorry for the long (and continuing) interruption!

No. Definitely not.

Oooooooooooh…

;-) please be at ease. I think I can speak for the community when I say: “We love you!” Thank you for all you’ve given us already. I’d hate the thought that you’d feel obliged.

For me, the progress of the story, both IN the story as well as the way you publish, reflects my progress in Go … as it comes and goes in waves. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower.

All is well, thank you. Good luck with all your enterprises. And if you ever publish “Aji’s Quest” in print I will purchase. Where can I pre-order? It’s not the first great opus that is open-ended …

Thank you, Tom

Long live our admired paintress!

That was such a funny intermezzo - thanks a lot.
Just 13 days ago it would have served as the most shocking April Fool "joke" ever ;-)

Patiently waiting for whatever will follow,
all the best to you and for your many projects,
Rainer

I didn't think of her as female. My admiration doubles. How comes?

If you are a man I’d say … “male chauvinism, perhaps?”

(IIRC we have already interacted via PM, and I guess I should remember, but I don’t … sry)

Thanks for the update and for the promise of completion. The update itself is awesome. Dunno: you just really hit all the right notes for funny and charming with every page of this story.

Thanks. :D

I was planning to put the entire finale online at once, so that you guys could read the rest of the story to the end uninterrupted, but...I decided I've made you wait long enough.

Pages 156-165 are up! (You've seen the first two already)

Thank you all for your patience and loyalty! I won't guarantee five pages a week like I was cranking out last summer, but I will do my best to finish without any more ridiculous delays.

I feel as impatient as Aji. Glad to see you starting up again. Well done!

All I want is for Aji’s Quest to go on forever  OK, but for Aji’s sake I’d better wish for something more friendly :-)

Thanks again, and now I’m off to those pages :-)

Greetings, Tom

pls forgive me for quoting myself and for replying to myself in a post right after the other one, but …

Since my attention was drawn to this comment, upon re-reading my own words I feel the need to put it more precisely.

So, here: The love you have put into Aji’s Quest actually amounts to love you have given to the whole Go community, to every single appreciative reader. I feel this strongly whenever I read, recommend, or even just think about this beautiful story. It never stops to amaze me.
