At least last year, when I stopped by the Evanston Go Club, it was at Starbucks. You might be able to bribe the barista for a beer, but it never occurred to me to try it.

In California: Berkeley, Davis, Santa Barbara, Pasadena, Santa Monica, Irvine, San Francisco, San Diego, Palo Alto, Los Angeles(3), Alhambra, San Jose, Gardena.
In the rest of the USA: New York, Seattle, Chicago(2). Plus a couple of Congresses in DC and Colorado Springs.
Sadly, I've looked and found incompatible schedules while in Vancouver, Florence, London, and Cambridge.
