They do for books. For other things I've used tenso as a reshipper. For crazystone, I've just used download from the company's web page, and it worked fine.

Can you explain a bit more, please? Like, is there an english version of Crazy Stone Zero, does it understand ladders (that Elf can't understand), can it count points? Examples from real games in these 3 areas would be a huge thank you. I'd like to buy if all of these prove as a positive. Especially ladders and teritory counting. Thanks!
