If you care about your heart/lungs in 30 years, running and swimming and cycling are all better than sitting on your bum watching TV or playing Go

Actually you can combine both. During the Rennes tournament, a "side tournament" consists in playing a 13x13 blitz in which at each turn you must play a move and run a certain distance (or so I heard, I've never been there).
