Well, when I went, they paid for the plane ticket and provided transport from Incheon Airport to the event and paid for a bus to Seoul afterwards. Food and accommodation were free.

Very strange. But Dinerchtein said it would be Ilya, that's his picture (which they'd have to take their or be provided by Russia/Ilya), so I'm going to guess it's him and not Lazarev.

I realized later that this korean guys seem to deploy websites by copy-and-paste since in several parts of the page in English says it is "3rd Korean Prime Minister Cup" .. and even the banner says 4th Korean Prime Minister Cup
