There seems to be something funny going on with Russia and UK. Is it Shiksin or Lazarev? And why is the UK player not grouped with other European players?

Very strange. But Dinerchtein said it would be Ilya, that's his picture (which they'd have to take their or be provided by Russia/Ilya), so I'm going to guess it's him and not Lazarev.

I realized later that this korean guys seem to deploy websites by copy-and-paste since in several parts of the page in English says it is "3rd Korean Prime Minister Cup" .. and even the banner says 4th Korean Prime Minister Cup

There is, he's not really that hard to miss. I'm glad to see that there's actually Go all the way down there

i watched few games in wbaduk servers but i dont have any info about the final standing list
