Someone from Taiwan once told me there is a traditional Chinese client for Tygem at http://www.9star.com.tw
but it doesn't seem to work for me.

Eweiqi is the correct one. Just hit the third button to the right under the login, and you will get a page with some text. At the bottom is a text box where you enter your username. Press the button to go to the next page. There you will find the complete registration form. It does ask for a Chinese SSN, but they do not check this. Just fill it in with x's, and it should be accepted.

Go in the options. It's the little tool logo on the right side. You should see options with all the boxes filled to the left. Switch the top one to the right, then click confirm at the bottom of the page. You are now not accepting offers for matches. This feature is automatically turned back on though, each time you use the automatch.

i cant check the game records anymore, even my games are unaccesable. Did they limit the access or is it only me?

The problem seems to be on your end. The game records in particular are stored on your own computer. Check to see if there is anything in the Gibo folder in the main eweiqi directory. But do you mean that you can't even view games?
