It was there last week, when I finally got around to downloading it.

The site might just be down. (Also, finding the actual download link on the page was tricky.)

Yes, it was down last night when I tried, and after reading your comment I just tried again, and this time I was successful <happy> thanks!

Just in case anybody else has problems with this: to the right side there is a small icon with a downward arrow, if you hover the mouse over it it says “download”.

Very nice, I'm a bit jealous

If anyone is interested, last year I also tried a bit of hikaru no go on the piano (although I only got to learn one song: tomadoi). But in the process I found this nice website with sheet music of many hikaru songs (and other anime also):
