Yeah my ranking is all over the place, because I didn't play a ranked game for like a very long time and then I played an 8k and jumped because I beat the 8k by such a large margin. and then i turn off my rank again because I honestly don't think it matters that much. But I made sure everyone knows that i hate being weak and I already admitted that I was weaker then 3d. LOL I play high dans in even games all the time so i can learn their moves you make it seem like I do it just because I want too when in the end I just want too become strong. And look how long it took you too reach 5d I'm aiming too become one when I am 16 and I am 13 now i need all the traning i can get

Yes, just like I said. A spoiled brat. They are a dime a dozen these days. Why don't you try to be something which will make you stand out from the rest? Believe me, it will be better for you in the long run. Why, you might even reach 7d if you change you attitude.

"which will make me stand out from the rest" What do you mean by that?

I knew a physician once who was ethnic Chinese but trained in the west. When he went back to China to learn acupuncture he started to ask questions. He was told "if you have to ask, you will never learn".

Hm, well then. I think i see what you mean but I am not sure it's correct. I think you ment "Do your own thing, don't react to bullies like normal peopele do, stand out and find your own path"

I've been giving advice about this game for 40 years. Most of it has been approved of. You decide.

On KGS, discounting pros, there is a list of strong players >>> http://www.gokgs.com/top100.jsp
If you're not on the list, those on the list can call you "weak". :)
I'm definitely not on the list as I'm weak.

well you have a point there. But as I saw it we're all weak so we don't have a right to call eachother weak somebody is always better then you.

Sometimes, calling someone weak is an encouragement for them to get stronger. If you think you are strong, what's the incentive to study further?

You're the only person too seriously make a good point and make sense. Thank you.

Just one clarification for those who may be reading this thread: margin of victory is not considered in kgs rating calculations. All (equally handicapped) wins and losses are created equal.
