Is a reverse sente more valuable than a gote?

It depends on the whole board.

But in general, unless the gote is miai with another gote, it will be better to play the gote instead of the reverse sente.

Sorry, go is not that simple

I find pretending to be slightly more naive/dumb than you are to be a useful tactic when crowd-sourcing.
