Thought I'd just add my recent experience (I also bought some books in 2015). Het Paard had a stall at the Amsterdam tournament and I was interested in a new board and slate/shell stones. They had a wider range back in the shop so sent some photos when I was back home, I ordered some slate/shell stones, paid by Paypal, sent with free delivery as >€250 and they arrived in England in 3 days. Pleased with the service. Now just waiting for my kaya board from Kuroki, that'll take longer by ship
