what big moves did i miss?
what's the best way to attack and make territory when white is playing like this?
i Don't know if it was because i lost the initiate and wasn't aggressive enough of because i didn't reinforce my boundaries.

I'm only a DDK myself, so take anything I say with a large grain of salt - and I'm not going to try to give specific analysis for this reason. But what's clear to me from just glancing at this game is that it was White who had the opportunity to do the "attack while making territory" thing, rather than you. As early as move 12, your E16/17 stones look dead to me, and yet you wasted numerous moves over the following passage of play running with them, without it ever looking like they were going to find space to live. And while you were doing this, white was claiming an awful lot of territory - meanwhile you were claiming none, and in fact simply adding further dead stones to the board. If you look at the position after move 94 (which is about where you seem to have finally given up on them), you can see how successful this line of play was for you.
So you should certainly have given those two stones up much earlier. It's probably questionable whether move 11 was right - F16 instead would have kept you connected. I'm not even sure if move 9 was correct, but I'll leave the stronger players here to comment on that

Some thoughts:
K11 is a move which looks good when the opponent don't answer, but bad if he does. Don't play such moves, because after it it will be your opponents turn and he will answer.
K13 simply does not work. Try reading those moves out before playing them! (That is what you are doing the tsumego for!) As soon as you see that the sequence does not work, you should stop playing it out. Forcing your opponent to capture, does not make it better for you. H10 instead of K13 would have achieved something at least. Getting a ko there like in the game is a lucky result.
M13 is unnecessary - you can always capture the other white stone to be connected = that is M13 is slow.
R14 gives White breathing space unnecessarily, don't make it easy to settle for such an ill-advised invasion. Play at Q17 instead, you will either kill it or gain sente to move your dragon. In the best case, you can move your dragon and white is still not alive here.
M18 forces your opponent to take the corner without achieving anything. Saving the corner for you would have made a big difference.
J6 and all the before moves are telling the opponent that you want to sacrifice your dragon, if you don't want to you should have handled it earlier. Or to put it otherwise: too many coffee break moves (K4, N4, J6). There are groups you have to strengthen, or you can try to sacrifice (though the dragon here is too big), but playing from the outside and forcing your opponent to kill without any meaningful compensation is the worst case. Compare what J6 achieved with F8 killing your dragon.
I would resign on seeing F8.
You lost the game because you lost your big group. What you lacked was defence!

i been steady on the go problems as far as difficulty I'm around 12 kyu level problems I'm doing the smartgo problem set now,
my goal is to be able to calculate through the 10 kyu problems by thursday i beginning to see how it helps my go
the more i calculate the more i win games at first i thought i didn't know tesuji but tesuji is just common sense sometimes
i was solving tesuji problems and didn't know it.... i Love the go world archive it like i cant get enough of it. i have been picking up alot of useful stuff.
has anybody else went through it. Am i the only one who love this go world set?

i'm finna go read right now

tomorrow is thursday and I'm well on my way to my goal I'm 85% on the 12 Kyu smart go problems I not going to the next level until i reach 95% so im doing that today all day when im done with the complete level of problems doing each problem by calulating each variation after that then i will play some serious games on wbaduk but for today no classes so i got all day to improve on go. i probably watch that chinese go anime that i seen in the general go chat its not subbed but i can just make up the words as i go along so its another fun day in the life of go player

If it works. Keep going!
(If you are redoing the same problems as I guess you do, take care that you do not learn them by heart but still solve them. This can happen very fast, if the set is small enough. As I recognized as I put some tsumego flash cards between my vocabulary flash cards. While this may be useful for some shapes, it is not what you are trying to achieve by doing tsumego. Maybe just do the 13k set again before repeating the 12k set is more useful.)

Thanks for the encouragement I took your advice and redid some old problems today because they do get old and after a minute you memorize every rotation and variation of the same old problem set.

i sent a difficult game i had to the go teaching ladder for the first time and i received one of the most detailed reviews i ever seen in my life it was excellent.
i opened it up in smartgo and read the comments and seen it had variations but it wouldn't show up so i downloaded cgoban and everything worked just fine.
i played with renewed fighting spirit after seeing some good ideas in the review and played some good go today.

i tired one of the 3 stone handicap strategies from the go world i been reading it was interesting and effective even though i resigned the game,. i got really tired and i stated making bad moves in the middle of the game it was embarrassing but now i know even if I'm on a roll and winning i need to take a break maybe after 3 games and then do some tsumego and have a drink of coffee and stretch or something.

I like most how you read the ladder out, while your opponent probably just approximated it somehow in the third game.

When taking handicap you are often not serious about the struggle to get ahead. (I guess reading the Lessons in the Fundamentals of Go could be tremendously helpful to you. It has a chapter devoted to that issue.)[sl=HaneAtTheHeadOfTwoStones]This special but very common case[/sl] may be helpful as well. It occured several times in those three games only.

today was kinda frustrating with no wins at all, i had to tell myself everybody goes through this stage to make myself feel better,
I'm going to self review my games and work on my weakness one at a time, do some more tsumego, and read tonight.
I have been going through books working out the diagrams on a real board i thinks its helps me understand better so I'm going to continue with that.

another thing that helped me was watching a live game i got to see what part of the game the players paused to think & how long they took to think about moves they made. It was exciting after the mid-game i would usually do something else those guys have 8 hours of time. I'm not gonna miss too much by playing a few games. it was fun trying to guess the next move though.

so i did some eye opening self review last night and concluded i need immediate attention to these areas of my game:

my direction of play-- my moves were not coordinating globally

my attack & defense-- timing is off & playing in the wrong area of the board & fighting in general

my opening-- getting the short end of the stick to often
so today i went through:
elementary of go series: Vol. 1 in the beginning
and Vol. 5 attack and defense
I'm still going through lessons in fundamentals i take that book one part a day.
I'm not putting that book down until I'm 20 Kyu Wbaduk.
I like how he said amateurs play at the game and professionals labor at it
it gave me something to think about
