It's interesting how a black play at 'a' or 'b' takes away white's eye there, but I really don't have any way to use that right now as he can still easily make two eyes. However, he doesn't have the hane at 'c' as after the block and connect, I could play at 'a' or 'b' and set up simultaneous capture.

One of my impressions on this game is that it isn't any harder to visualize outcomes in Redstone than in Go, but because I have a lot more experience with Go than this it's easy to overlook moves that work in this game but are ludicrous in Go (and also to play moves that work in Go but don't in Redstone). For example, if black plays at the point below he captures two stones, but it took me a while to see this because I wasn't expecting it.
