It will help you predict the weather, which can be useful in Texas.

But if it happened to you when you were 40, you'd have a 60-year-old's knee.

31. That seems about right, though I'm as fit as I was at 20 and the same weight with no health problems at all. Just none of the teenage angst etc

Wow, I never thought I was one of the absolute youngest on here, being only 18.

26, here.
Don't have any of the fun stuff when first getting out of bed (besides just being completely tired -- but that's more the fault of when I go to bed versus how old I feel

).

Well someone who still plays final fantasy at the age of 54 has to be young and fresh in his mind ~ I'd like to be the same when I'm in my fifties
Currently I'm 22 years old. I first realised that I'm getting older when my little cousin was able to beat the hell out of me when we played Nintendo Wii Sports...

Thirty.
The only major downside I feel age-wise is that I tend to be more habitual, until I find myself in an ever-decreasing circle. So I hedge energy to combat the situation and break myself out of it. Right now I'm making moves to shift my life overseas.

Are habits in themselves something bad? How about getting good habits?

I am 30, and at no point in my life did I think I was feeling older or younger.
I changed so much since my teenage time, and I know I will change a lot getting older too. In 5 years, I expect to be a different person. In 15 years a very different person.
I can't possibly think of myself as a 20yo. I have matured (and obviously people around me too) so much since that time. Overall, I think I am a more happy personn that my 20 yo self.
Or maybe you guys are just speaking of feeling your body age ? In that case I feel 30 too

Around 30. Sometimes I feel like I'm 18, sometimes I feel like I'm 40.

I had to think for a bit before I could reliably say that I was 28 years old. I don't think about my age much. Usually, those younger than me make me feel old, and those older than me make me feel young. So, I guess I feel like I'm 28.

I'm in my mid 70's

Mentally and emotionally I feel not much different from when I was 30 years younger but I have various signs that my body is wearing out: never used to need glasses, have some hearing deterioration, takes a little while to straighten up after sitting on the couch for an hour, loss of subcutaneous collagen, etc. However I can still hike in the mountains all day and my go strength hasn't changed much in the past twenty years.
Previous posters so far are all younger than I

Is there anyone out there who is older?
