OK, meanwhile I know it is from “Tintin in Tibet” … BUT in the original they play Chess! So … somebody edited this, and they did it really well!

It comes from the Club de go Paris 20 website, see
http://victoire.b.free.fr/Paris20/index01.html (click on "Fantaisies sur le Go" and then "BD" to find the Tintin one, as well as others).
Iirc, they hosted scanlations of
Hikaru no go before it was published in France (had to take them down of course once the publication rights were bought by Tonkam editions). At the time (around 2001) I had just learnt the rules and was craving for anything go related since I couldn't attend any go club. I also could not play online since unlimited access to the internet wasn't really a thing yet and a 2h/month internet package wasn't exactly convenient. Souvenirs, souvenirs

And from the text there (translation by Google), I gather that these were originally created by Hergé …?

Or am I to understand that it is satire?
It would definitely explain the quality of the works. And so he wasn’t allowed to publish it this way by the publisher?

Yes, it's satire. Most of the plates come with a short text explaining that Hergé (and Bill Watterson and Charles Schulz) were go players but that that the chess lobby managed to get the plates changed before publication
(Might translate a couple of them if I find the time to).

Well, I
could imagine that their publishers wanted something more mainstream … and the quality is really good … mh…
(Might translate a couple of them if I find the time to).
that would be awesome!
This one here was already translated by Paul Namregah on FB

Is this shape solid? What if he plays there first? Too passive...well i have to play global... so there on the side but third or fourth line? Nit really sente... there its yose but really small, there?

This move? Eh i have this threat of a geta and le he tries to get out there i get thickness then a big territory and then i can attack his.moyo ! Bravo! My dear tintin i cant wait to see what you ll think of this.

The Tintin one you posted

And after dinner...
Damn, how did I manage to put myself in such a mess! And in a six-stone game too! Here, it's over...If I attack his moyo, I won't make any points and he will chase me and I'll be done, that's for sure!

This shape here, is it strong? And if he plays here first, what's the result? I play here, he plays there, here...well, it looks ok. Protect the san-san? That's not very efficient...Well, have to play globally! So here, on the side, but third or fourth line? Hmm...And that's not very sente...Playing there is yose, too small...Here?

...This move...oh, but I have this geta threat here and if he tries to get out there, I become stronger and I build a huge territory on this side and later I'll be able to attack this damned moyo! Well done! My dear Tintin, I'm curious to know what you'll say about that!
Sadly, I can relate to this kind of internal monologue

Movie Hero, from 2002, staring Jet Li.
https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0299977/?ref=m_nv_sr_6
There is a scene in which Donnie Yen isconfronted in house of „chess“ playing one game which is not go, but looks very interesting and possibčy similar.
Pieces are very large, like go stones but some 5 times bigger. They are taken from water by large fork and placed on board which has 10*10 or so fields.
Question is, what is the name of this game, and what are the rules?
I could place screenshot when I am back home.
