Tsumego Pro is actually quite a nice app for studying as an SDK. I actually paid for all the in-app purchases as I figured that the cost of purchasing them all doesn't even add up to the cost of some individual go books.

Thank you for the advice. I just purchased it, and after running through 50 free problems I also purchased additional in app problem sets. This is the nicest of the study apps I have run across so far.

I'd like to mention GoQuest.
A bit peculiar, but a fun little app to play 9x9 or 13x13 if you have some minutes to spare.
Nothing serious, just play. Stronger players than you might expect.
Available for Android, don't know about Apple.
