No, cheaper obviously doesn't mean better. But I certainly believe that Google's policies are better than Apple's, though the "don't be evil" was forgotten long ago. I assume we could discuss this for ages and others would join us in the longest offtopic of the forum, but for the sake of the post, I invite you to talk this through private messages.
However, as I stated on one of my posts above, Android is behind iphone when it comes to Go apps. Hands down. There is no arguing right now. I expect this to follow the same trend we're seeing lately, which is turning the apps from both systems are the same level or even switching the patterns.
