If I remember correctly only 2% of the world's population got an IQ above 130.

Standard deviation for IQ tests has typically been 15 or 16. So it's more than three standard deviations from the norm. I think that .15% of a population will be more than three standard deviations above the norm.
Side note: some tests used in the past didn't give normal distributions for gifted youths--the tail at the top end was too big, and scores looked more like a normal distribution as age increased.

As stupid as some tests' upper end. I have yet to see a test without mistakes in the questions or its design.

I've never trusted IQ tests, especially because you can "train" to be good at them. The first time I did an IQ test I scored an 116 which I thought to be about right (seeing that I'm a college student and all) A week later I tried a similar test and scored 138. Now I don't know if there are any sophisticated IQ test out there but if you just google "free IQ test" the result isn't very meaningful.

yeah. I found one IQ test that seemed all right. I decided to do it twice. first time, I did it quite fast(I didn't quess solutions, but I wasn't completely focused, I think I had some music playing also) and I scored 138 if I remember correctly. then, about a month or 2 later I decided to redo it. I spent about 2-3 times more time on it and was completely focused. I got 134 if I recall correctly. it was the same test. I found the results quite strange...

Most IQ tests also take into account time taken, so 2-3 times more may have marked you down a fair bit.
I consider IQ tests to be a bit of a waste of time, and their results pretty meaningless.

No, the time limit was x minutes. I didn't go over that. I agree with the results being quite meaningless.
