Fit? Healthy? You tell me...
No soda, no candy, no snacks.
But almost no fruit, hardly any vegetables. Meat or fish with every meal. And lots of cream and butter.
I drink water or (preferably) milk with lunch and dinner, breakfast includes orange juice without added sugar, 6 cups of coffee and occationally some tea.
If I have to I do ride my bike, but usually I take the car even for the shortest distance.
I hold a OK weight (75 kg/182 cm) and occationally during winter I go skating, 60 km or so, so I'd say I'm not totally out of shape.
I've stayed home from school/work an average of about one day per year from when I was 15 years old, before that I don't recall ever being ill.
For over 20 years I've been walking on the edge of alocoholism, sometimes drinking every day, often getting plastered; but since 3 years I drink moderately and for the last year or so hardly at all.
Oh and I smoke one pack of cigarettes a day.
