Ke Jie defeated Shi Yue by 1.5.

Ke Jie is new Samsung cup Champion!!!!!!!!!

Trout,

Go4go has the second game listed as W+resign, with a non-finished game record. The game looked mighty close to me, so can I assume that go4go is correct, and reviewers counted and thought the lead was 1.5? Thanks.

I would assume a copy-paste error ;-)

Sorry about incorrect information. Go4go is correct. I just copied 1st game and forgot to change result.

Congrats to Ke Jie!

Happily for me, GoGameGuru provided some comments here.

Let's not forget Ke's earlier achievement on the 2nd Bailing Cup back in January (I think). If I'm not mistaken, he's 18, right? And he's also in the finals of the MLily Cup against Lee Sedol. Considering Ke won 2:0 against Lee in the semifinals of the Samsung Cup, and also considering his performance so far this year, could we say he is the favourite for the MLily Cup?

For the time being, I think Ke Jie is the favorite against anyone alive. He's also 2-1 against Park Jungwhan, 5-3 against Shi Yue since 2014, 5-0 against Zhou Ruiyang...

Qiu Jun seems to be able to hold his own against Ke Jie: 5-4 overall and 4-2 this year. Still I'd probably bet on Ke Jie with the form and confidence he is on.
