I am not sure any member of the club reads this board. They have a KGS room, you may try to ask there. The federation website gives an email adress, you can try that too.

Thanks - that was a good hint. Got in touch with bensensei. It seems the club is pretty much dead now - so have to resort on normal touristic activity instead
