Hi,
Does anyone have a high-res image of Kaya, Shin-kaya or bamboo board. Looking for a texture without lines and numbering so I can create my own background texture.
Thanks

Maybe not what you're expecting, but here's some wood patterns:
http://www.dir3d.com/library/maplibrary_wood-43.htmlMaybe you'll find what you need in here =). I don't have an eye to recognize kaya wood from pictures.

wood_64_diffuse.jpg looks like it may be modeled after pine or maple --
it looks like the least distracting for a board texture.

I feel like someone took some hi-res pictures of go equipment for that purpose on this forum a year or two ago...
Not the post I was looking for, but I found this with a quick search:

Hi skydyr, Thanks! I remember about the stone photos, but even I myself would have
to do some search to locate that link. And I also forgot about the back-of-the-board photos. It was during a stressful period.

Good that
you remembered and found it !
