I wasn't receiving the registration code and emailed the admin address. That bounced with a Mailbox Full error.

Ultimately I registered successfully with another email domain.

So if you're having trouble registering use an alternate email rather than waiting for the admin to respond!

Now, I still can't get most of the wbaduk functionality to work, but at least I have a registered account now...
