Richer online go game resources are integrated into the new version. Added mobile friendly mode for weiqiTV web site. Now you can view and search 70k+ games from weiqiTV go game database through Go Eye. Many good go web sites are pre-loaded into the in-app browser home page. You can customize the home page by long tap and remove unwanted items.

Turn on “Auto show variation” in settings, then you can step through all all variations in game viewing mode without manually switching the variations.

Added two new options to customize board border and move stepper position for big screen iPhone.

A few bug fixes and UI improvements. Improved help pages.

One thing to note is that weiqiTV's rich and fresh go game resources are in Chinese. It includes many ancient Chinese games with comments in its about 68097 games (which is being updated very soon like go4go).

Later we will consider to translate the player names so that it will be more understandable by western go fans.

The China vs Europe tournament games are in weiqiTV's game library. See attached.

This is an example to show how Go Eye is so tightly integrated with go game resources in the world :) Everything is at your fingertip.

You are right! This is something that we can improve in Go Eye to make all game resources available to any one in the world.

Is it possible to add a feature to support cloud storage such as dropbox in future? This way I can easily sync my sgf files between multiple devices. :)

Isn't it there in Go Eye already for years? :)

Go to "All games", press "Edit" in upper right, select a few games or a whole group, press [^] (Action) icon to export to any cloud drive you like.

I guess the OP asks about two-way synchronisation of files.

It is two way.

The other way from dropbox to Go Eye is as follows.
Go to dropbox app and "Open In...", choose "Go Eye" to import it back. It is not fully automatic.

My own practice is that I store all my favorite game archives in dropbox (like my master library). Now and then I would choose those I like to study and import back in Go Eye. When finishing studying them, I normally would keep them for a while, and may choose to remove those games too. Then I would import new ones.

When I browsed the latest game imported from the web (like Go4go or weiqitv) and if I like them, I favorite them in Go Eye and keep them in a group. After some time, I would choose to export that group(collection) to Dropbox and "archive" them in my dropbox library.

Two-way Dropbox/whatever other cloud provider is actually a nice thing to have, and I think currently only Qipan offers it (well, Qipan can't edit SGF's so it's not very-very two-way, but has direct-access to dropbox files without using Open-In) iOS developers, hear this ;)

It is actually doable in Go Eye similarly. Go to Go Eye's in-app browser, login dropbox (check "remember me" in dropbox's home page and mark it as a bookmark) for later use. Then tap any game archive to import them into Go Eye.

This is a wonderful version that addresses many aspects of the app: performance, stability, user friendliness, and social sharing features.
Great performance and stability improvements in go game collection view.
Support more social network sharing with iOS system and Wechat timeline sharing on iOS7+.
Relax SGF parsing to tolerate some ill formatted files.
A few UI polishes and high resolution support for iPhone6/6+.

Feel honored to receive a kind Japanese user's comments on Go Eye (http://e-intuit.hk/goeye) in App Store as follows. "I tested almost all GO related applications running on iOS, and I confirm that GO-eyes is the best! You can down load recent games of world top professional players timely, and application records what you have downloaded already, so that you do not waste your time to download again the same games. There are lots more functionalities that you will love them. (Such as showing game tree and image of variations, create PDF image, exporting SGF files in Zip format...) I recommend this application! ほとんど全てのiOSで動く囲碁ソフトを試しましたが、囲碁の目がベストです。最新の世界のプロ棋士の棋譜も直ぐにダウンロード出来ますし、既にダウンロードしたか管理されているので、同じ棋譜を重複してダウンロードすることがありません。他にも沢山の役に立つ機能があります。変化図をイメージ付きでツリー表示したり、PDFで棋譜を表示したり、sgfファイルをZIP形式で出力したり。おすすめです!"

If you use Go Eye and love it much, please do us a favor by sharing your comments in App Store. Thanks.

BTW: 2.1.1 is just released.
