KGS on Mac laptop

So I am using a Mac OSX Yosemite Version 10.10.2 and keep experiencing technical issues --- for example, I keep getting the message "This plugin is not supported".
Does anyone here experience the same issues and know how to fix it ?

Oh wait, it works now ... Had to use the CGoban Java thing to run KGS ...

Generally Java support is disabled by each new major Mac OS X release. And it can be a pain to get Java Web Start re-enabled. There is a support page over on Apple's site detailing how to re-enable. KGS is a java app, so if you can't connect after updating Mac OS X try...
