Qinling Cup

This is an international amateur event with lots of European players. Last year the winner was Pavol Lisy and the runner-up was Ali Jabarin. This year the winner goes to Li Xu 6-dan a Chinese amateur. Details here http://www.eurogofed.org/index.html?id=18
Some background information:
* There are three Chinese teams, representing the local city of Xi'an and two nearby cities Lanzhou and Luoyang.
* The winner Li Xu is a local player. He represented the city to play in the top level Wanbao Cup a few times in the past. He also made some impact in the Chinese Mingren tournament (internet-based preliminary) by beating several low-ranked pro in 2010 and 2011.
