Ran into this and it flustered my opening in the game. I put my thoughts in the sgf
http://eidogo.com/#17ZZIwQWgfor some reason the sgf image isn't taking so here's a link

This is how you put the SGF in line.

Instead of Q15 I would recommend N16. If black replies with a shimari you stake a position at the top. Black's position would then be too biased towards one side but your stones at the top would be working with D16. If black does not make a shimari then you can play Q15.

I'm not sure if

is too early, but P10 may also be a good probe. It limits black's development and asks him to pick one side or the other so that you can pick whether to play on the top or bottom next.

This is not a "fuseki or joseki" problem, it's an issue of your mastery of fundamentals. After

you have two moves, one of them breaks black shape apart, other one doesn't. That's all there is to it, you should play R15 and let black figure out how to deal with his broken shape.
P.s. Regarding your approach at

, it's a very minor issue compared to your response at

. There are many many valid moves at the opening, however after

you have only one response and that's what you should be focusing on instead of thinking about super early opening moves.
