Is there any way to bulk download the games from my IGS account? IGS seems to generate the download link at the time it is requested, so it takes 15-20 seconds before I get a response from the server when I try to download a specific game record. I want to download all 139 games I've played on IGS, and I'm not that patient...

You can go to your page at Net Social Plaza-Pandanet, generate a list of all your games and download each one manually. No bulk downloading as far as I'm aware but it is still pretty fast.

Huh. It's the social plaza page that is taking a long time to respond if I choose "save as." I guess I can try a different browser and see if there is something causing a problem on my end.

Strange, when I tried this morning it took less than a second or two. I tried again just now and it is a bit longer but no more than 3 seconds let's say.

There have been some server issues with the SNS system, but it should be faster again now.
