Hi Wellington,

:b11: You can jump 1 more, to L3, because of your tiger's mouth :b9: at G4.
If :b9: solid connect at F4, then :b11: at K3 is OK.
( But this is very minor, at these levels. )

:b15: It's good to study the basic variations here.
The E14 kosumi is an option ( recently out of favor; still a good move :) ).
The C17 attach is recently popular. :)

:b19: Yes, the tiger's mouth is better.
Is the ladder good for B or W ?

:b47: Not sure about this peep.

:b53: Hmm... Currently you have a running fight with the P10 group and P8 group.
...

:w56: D7 wedge...

:b57: C9 hane; W has no good reply locally.

:b61: Did you read C9 or C5 ? Beware of all weaknesses (yours as well as your opponent's ).

:b63: Did you read the D7 connect ?

:w64: Squeeze starting with D7.

:b65: Did you read the D7 connect ?

Thanks Ed Lee for the review, and sorry for the late answers.

Since :w56: i was more focused on not letting him get to my territory. And i did a bad job at that, just killed him cause of his mitake(i think). So i didn't really saw the C9 hane or D7 connect.

I will post another game here, i'm playing as White.

Thanks in advance for the review.

Another question. Should i post more games on this topic or creat a topic for each game?

Hi Wellington,

If you start your own thread under Study Journal, you can probably continue to post new games onto that thread.

I think usually for Game Analysis, customarily it's one game per thread. :)

As a quick note for the second game, at :w54: white really should consider capping instead of the shoulder hit. A cap builds white's moyo while shrinking black's, while the shoulder hit drives black into the area white would like to build on. Even at :w56: white could consider a hane and sacrifice the original stone to accomplish a similar goal, though at a slight comparative loss.
