I played through this game on my own board and blah blah blah but what I want to know is why did Iyama Yuta resign?!

Hi Kath,

I didn't do an accurate count -- did you ? --
My feeling is W must win the ko to stay in the game,
but Mr. Iyama must have counted all the remaining ko threats
( and so did Mr. Kono ), and decided W couldn't win the ko.

( My guess: W has only 1 threat left at C6,
but B still has A18, and W runs out of threats after that. )
