Did you email them to ask why the website was unavailable?
I can think of a few reasons, such as
[1] some $&)% hacked the site and the ISP removed it.
[2] somebody forgot to pay the bills. (unlikely)
[3] the ISP $&(#$% up.

Okay. I didn't realise that an upgrade had actually taken place. It's a valid question then to whoever is managing the technical side of the site.
Upgrade failed? Rollback failed? Retry pending? Panic?

news page:
Dear all,
As you may have noticed, the site was down for quite long in the last 24 hours.
But it is up now again.
I am very sorry for this inconvenience. We will do our best to prevent such a problem in the future.
