How to install Leela Zero in my pc?

I cannot understand how to use it i donwload leela zero and follow the steps that are said in the readme but im not even sure if it's selfplaying
.
Could you help me?

What happens when you run the executable in the command prompt? Does it say it's doing tuning? If so, let it run. See if it gives you a text board when it's finished
