I notice that there aren't very many Go wallpapers out there on the intertubes, so I was wondering if any of you kept any that you thought you'd like to share? Please no Hikaru no Go wallpapers.

I'll start with one: http://imgur.com/4a675.jpg

Can you guess who the Go players are?
Easy: The kid.
Medium: The kid's opponent.
Insane: Person on the upper left standing up.

First thought that jumped into my head was Cho Chikun vs. Rin Kaiho at the 100th dan party for the Kitani school. But then: the kid looks a little old to be six, and after looking around, that was a five stone game. Oh well. Why not throw in a consistent, but almost random pick...Ishida Yoshio?

Here's one that isn't so much a wallpaper as perhaps a good sign for a desk. I used to have it posted in my cubical at work. Everyone but the very occasional go player was scared to ask about or even comment on it for fear of revealing their ignorance. :)

1.) Obviously Lee Changho.
2.) I can't really see his face. topazg mentioned Cho Hyunhyun, but the guy kneeling on the left looks a little bit like Cho Hunhyun to me. Then again, Seo Bongsu looks similar to Cho Hunhyun sometimes, so it could be him...

So I'm going to go with Seo Bongsu playing Lee Changho, but it might be Cho Hunhyun like topazg thinks.

3.) I think it's Kobayashi Koichi.

Seriously, you're an heretic. May your groups die a slow, painful death.

If you really want to simplify things, don't put your square stones on the board's intersections, but in the squares. It really makes the game visually quite a bit simpler. (Remember, you read it here first).
