Edit: oops you are black, not white...My KGS level is barely higher, but here are my 2 cents. You biggest mistake seems to be your tendency to make small life while being completely surrounded. This almost happened at :w16: which should have been at Q17. This happened at :w50: which should have been at J16. Moves 106 et seq. make miserable second-line life.

Move 5: You are only concerned with your own game and do not pay enough attention to your opponents moves ;-)

A few top of the head comments. :)

:b5: Today's top bots prefer to approach one of the corners on the left side, but this is playable. :)

:b7: However, early pincers have been downgraded since AlphaGo first came on the scene. Better to approach a corner or reply with a keima in the top right corner.

:b9: This kosumi is a play to simplify things if you are taking a handicap from a stronger player. Against an equal, you should be able to handle a jump attachment against either White stone.

Move 21 is aji-keshi and move 23 is soft. With the exchange of move 21, white is alive. If black just connects at P17 on move 21 without that exchange, there is aji in the corner for a ko to kill (later in the game):

[go]$$B Corner aji (2=tenuki)
$$ --------------
$$ . . 5 6 O 7 . |
$$ . . X O . 4 3 |
$$ . O 1 X O O . |
$$ . . . X X O . |
$$ . . X . . X . |
$$ . . . . O X . |

It's good to know this tsumego shape. It even has a name: Little Pig's Snout. It occurs quite frequently in real games of strong kyu/low dan players, like L-groups (See common corner tsumego shapes).

So connecting at P17 on move 21 would be almost sente (and this demonstrates that white's move 16 was an overplay, white should have linked up at Q17, perhaps even without exchanging moves 12 and 14).

So this whole corner exchange in the upper right contains numerous mistakes by both players, but these mistakes more or less even out.

I wouldn't call move 21 aji keshi, but hoping that White passes. :D Aji keshi moves do generally achieve something useful, just there are other somethings which could be more valuable and you don't know which is best yet. 21 achieves negative value unless the opponent forgets that after a black move white is allowed to play a move.
