It seems Baduk TV now now available for all devices through KorTV.com, previously they only offered their service on Apple TV, but the seem to have diversified and now offer their services on Apple TV, iOS, android tv/Google tv, android or browser. The cheapest option is €10,99 a month or 110,99 for 12 months.

Aren't they streaming live on youtube?

Yeah, I saw that too, however not all is streamed, only certain events

It seems I have to amend my statement a little bit, they do seem to stream everything on YouTube, however, when there is a live event the regular 24h stream stops, to be replaced by the event stream (I guess for archival purposes), when the live event has ended the 24h stream is back up.
