I didn't notice you edited the initial post and added an sgf file.

White needs to watch his shapes, as there are often many cutting points. For instance

should have been at F10.

Black played too much on one side of the board and should have approached the top left corner at some point. For instance

wasn't necessary since the group R11 was already safe, so Black could have approached the top left corner instead.

Both players played very small moves when there were bigger moves on the board, such as moves 131, 135, 137, 138.
