Maybe I missed it, but if anyone has info to share, posting it here would be appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe they had some difficulty related to the recusal of two of the seven board members but still requiring two thirds vote of the remaining non-recused members to elect the new president. Mathematically they would have to have four of the voting members for one of the three candidates needed to choose one from the three candidates.
