I want to get into Tygem but I have problem: apparently I created an account long ago, and forgot my password. Now, when I try to recover it, the website (tygembaduk.com) shows a message that it'll send me an email with my password information, but it never does.

For what I can tell, the account exists and it has the correct email address attached to it, but the password recovery message never makes it to me (it's not in spam, I triple checked).

Has anyone else here had this issue?

I had the same problem a few years ago (or is it already many). Some years earlier I think I remember I was actually able to recover a password from Tygem this way. Anyway I had the same problem at least once. It is has been too long for me to remember how it went, it was a minor annoyance but nothing more, I think I remember that I also tried to use the Korean website but I definitely didn't send them an email to ask for help.
