Student Championship

I saw that the EGF Student Championship is taking place next month on 7th Sept https://egsc24.in.rs/details
Does anyone know why it was announced so late. In recent years it seems to have been a bit forgotten about, I suppose that means that the sponsor disappeared, or that it can't be used as a qualifier anymore, so nobody wants to go.
