LifeIn19x19 Error 404

For a few days, LifeIn19x19 was unreachable with the WWW error 404. What has happened?
In such a case, one does not even see a message with an admin email address to be contacted. Is, or can, there be an external contact page at, e.g., Sensei's Library so that an admin can be informed at all?
Does LifeIn19x19 have a static IP, which one can try in the browser's address field when the URL www.lifein19x19.com is not resolved?
