They add new players until the groups are full for the month. After that, you have to wait until the next month.

you can join the league every day of the month, but after about half month the league will be closed and new registrations will be added at 1st next month.

there is no fix date when the league closes, it depends on how full the classes are.
this month new ppl can join until every epsilon class has 20 ppl. (i think this will take bit more then one week from now)

New players will get added immediately until Epsilon is full with 20 players in each class.

Then, if we get up to 12 players on the waiting list before the 15th of December, we'll roll out another Epsilon, and carry on adding people to that one until 20 again.

Last month, our deadline for adding new classes was the 15th, and for adding new people into existing classes was the 20th, to enable people to have the time to play their 4 games.

Why don't you just remove the 4 game rule for a player's first month in the league, and let them join whenever they wish?

There's a lot of vale in this idea, but again, admin and tracking are difficult. Making whole new classes makes this easier, and I'll have a think about it - otherwise, it's the effort keeping on top of it all.
