An ASR League game

Here's a recent even game against a stronger player. I lost (and dropped to 13k as a result 
)
There are a couple of obvious errors/questions I can see.
21: Should have played D13, then perhaps extended to lean on C10?
31: Premature? I wanted to make white uncomfortable on the side, but this allowed W N4.
33: Not sure about this: too submissive?
61: Should have connected at E3 I think.
83: Hopeless.
95: I didn't think I could live here, but expected to be able to run away while white prevented me getting eyes on the side. I did (sort of) manage it, but did it really achieve much?
131: Don't know what I was thinking here - surely I should defend the corner.
Any other comments/advice appreciated as ever. I got a bit click-happy at points in this game, so there are some obvious reading errors, but any comments on my general approach/strategy would be good, as I'm a bit lost in that area.
