I'm posting to find out what the board thinks about Hanil Badook Travel Go vs. YMI Magnetic Roll Up Set.

http://www.amazon.com/Game-Weiqi-Magnet ... B000JHSORKxed_over (owns Hanil Badook) says if he did it over he would get YMI because it's cheaper:

Magnetic boards I don't know about are of course appreciated as well as tips on where to order from.

The roll up boards are nice. I saw one at a tournament I went to back in september. If I had the money I would pick one up.
I own a few of these:
http://www.ymimports.com/p-148-travelin ... ieces.aspxthey are a bit small (stone size), bit very easy to carry around. The stones are light enough and the magnets powerful enough to keep from shifting or falling off if you turn the board.

Has anyone played on one of the roll-up boards?

I stuck one to the side of a metal cabinet at work and taught a few co-workers. It worked fairly well, though it's a bit smaller than I consider 'standard', I think.

Does anyone know about the Myung-In MB600? That looks to be the best magnetic set out there. Could a Korean translate its product page at migame.co.kr?

The magnetic boards are about 80% of a full size board.
Again, does anyone have opinion on MB600? It costs twice as much but I feel the quality may be worth it.

and yet, I don't regret buying mine, at all. Its one of my favorites still.
the zipper is totally broken now, but otherwise the canvas case is still in great shape

You have probably already made your purchase by now, but I wanted to tell you that I have the YMI magnetic roll up board. I keep it at work and I play with a friend during lunch almost every day. The carrying case is very helpful.
My only negative, and I think this applies to all roll up boards in general, is that if you keep it unused in the container for months then it will not want to lay exactly flat at the corners. You can fix this by either using the board frequently or placing heavy books on top of the board to flatten it. I enjoy it.

Yup, I got the YMI Roll Up, which I can now recommend.
For that problem, simply roll the board up in the direction opposite the curvature.
