Looking for people to play with

I'm extremely bad at GO and everytime I go on KGS I see that everyone is either 10k or below but barely anyone is in the 20-30k range. I don't really want to waste people's time when they rather play a stronger opponent. Would anyone want to play vs me, either stronger or the same skill level?

I think this is because if you just play a lot of games, you will progress past the 20kyu stage very quickly. Of course it's different for everybody, but it can take a few games to get past the 20kyu stage. Of course, each stone gets harder and harder to improve after that, but I understand your dilemma.
When I'm on KGS, I'd play you. Feel free to search for puppycakes or Tribble on there.

I'm not saying it's overflowing with weak players, but have you tried meeting people in the beginners room?

The beginners room is good. I also like to use the auto-match feature. Set your preferences for a 5 max rank difference and it will automatically find a willing opponent for you who is not too strong.

As mentioned above, I just set my auto-match preferences, turn the volume up on my computer and wander away until I hear the unmistakeable dinging noise

I may look "better" on the ranking table, but am far from expert and my play is unstable. Play me, and you'll get good winning chances as well
It's most KGS English.

My name on KGS is Kaimat.
I don't get on much these days, but my ranking says like 12k or something when really I'm 17k at best haha.
Anyway, if you ever see me on I'd be more than willing to play.
