11k vs 3k (no handi)

This game started off very promising, which surprised me. I had been studying and working on my opening, and I knew immediately that w had made a mistake on move 8 which allowed me to capitalize on it. Unfortunately, I didn't use my time wisely and really think, which is ultimately what led to my demise. However, this game really has me hopeful that I'm improving. And I was able to spot a good majority of my mistakes.
I think I was too aggressive, and didn't really think my moves through. Any suggestions?

By that do you mean the 9 minutes 25 seconds for your entire game of 86 moves, averaging under 6.7 secs/move?

Yes, unfortunately. It's a habit I need to break.

Would you like the reviewers to spend more or less than 6.7 secs/move and why?

You win.

From now on, I'll try to use more time in my games and not quickly rush. My last few games have turned badly because of that.
But habits are hard to break. Especially once they've had awhile to develop.

While I generally agree with Ed on this issue, his post gave me an idea, and I finished this in about 9 minutes (though I did go back after to quickly fix a few mistakes). All of the comments are, to the best of my knowledge, correct, but there are probably somewhat less than if I had done a full review.
