Chinese Championship produces candidate for game of the year

ChessBase says a game played between Zhao Jun (2580) and Xiu Deshun (2508) at the recently held CC makes their short list for game of year. An awesome game indeed, here it is with comments:

This is crazy to admit, because I live in the US, but I'm not all too familiar with the tactics used in Chess. I'm familiar with the movement of the pieces and the setup and the overall goal, but I reckon I'd get destroyed effortlessly by anyone.
However, I can appreciate this game. It looked pretty good. But with my limited knowledge it's hard for me to comment too much.
