After a couple of months without an update, countsheep has added a new episode of "10 Minute Go" to his website.

We also learn that he has not been idle these past months but has created 5 new episodes of his "Greatest Games Ever Played" series which he is selling on DVD (or direct download). For my part, I am happy to throw some cash at him for all the great videos he has made and will hopefully continue to make. He does mention at the end of his new episode that he will continue to post free videos.

EDIT #2: I have no idea how I managed to post this topic here, but would an admin be so kind as to move this to an appropriate forum? Thanks.

Moved it to Study Group. Also, the 10 minute video is excellent as usual, he goes over a joseki a lot of people think they know but really don't. The ladder-breaker analysis is enlightening.

Thanks for moving it. Yes, I got a laugh out of the high-speed ladder.

I got the e-mail message notifying me of the new 10 Minute Go video which I was going to watch this week. I had no idea about more Greatest Games Ever Played. I have found those commentaries to be among my favorite and will gladly shell out for the DVD. It's especially exciting to see that he has one on Takemiya and another Huang Longshi commentary!

Thanks so much for posting this. :)

The Takemiya game was really interesting. There was a sequence where Takemiya thought for over an hour, but it paid off as he won the game. ^^ Playing with the "cosmic" style must be very exhausting -- so much calculation needed to use it effectively.

Also the Chang Hao match was very good. It seems like an example of a discussion that was occurring in a thread about modern games (due to time constraints) -- good reading but lack of quality control. Some mistakes led to a very exciting match!

I'm glad countsheep finally got around to making money from his work. The greatest games videos (at least the free ones, I haven't seen the others yet) are wonderful.
