2011 US Go Congress Pro Participants - who to contact?

I've been asked to get in touch with someone who can help my friend, a 1 dan Chinese professional, make arrangements for the US Go Congress. I tried to contact both Lisa Scott and Andrew Jackson, but I didn't get a reply back to my email or phone call.
Does anyone know who I might be able to connect with?
